The Right App for Every Stakeholder

CaritaHub provides purpose-built apps and portals for every person in a senior's care network — from the senior themselves to their family, care staff, volunteers, and community partners.

For Seniors

Apps for Seniors

Senior App

The main app for seniors to stay connected to their centre. Available in two versions: a simple mode for seniors who are less comfortable with technology, and an advanced mode with the full feature set — activity schedules, health tracking, games, learning, volunteer activities, and an AI companion.

IM-OK Tablet

A large-screen tablet pre-configured for senior use. For seniors who prefer a bigger, simpler interface, it provides easy access to the Senior App and all key features without the complexity of a standard smartphone.

For Families

Staying Connected to Their Loved One

NOK / Caregiver App

Families use the Caregiver App to stay informed about their senior's attendance, health, and activities. They can see how their loved one is doing at a glance, view photos shared by the centre, and receive updates without needing to call.

For Care Staff

Tools for Your Team

Staff App

Care staff use the Staff App to manage their daily operations — seeing who's at the centre, marking attendance, accessing member records, and running task-specific mini-apps from their mobile phone.

Care Worker App

For home care and day care workers in the field. Provides access to visit schedules, client information, task checklists, and the ability to log notes and updates from anywhere.

Admin Portal

A web-based portal for centre managers and administrators. Provides a full overview of the centre's operations, reporting, member management, and system configuration.

For Volunteers & Partners

Community Tools

Volunteer App

Volunteers browse upcoming activities, sign up for shifts, accept micro-jobs, and track their hours and impact. Corporate partners can also use the Volunteer App to manage their employee volunteer programme.

Microjob App

A dedicated channel for microjobbers — community members who help seniors with small tasks like grocery runs or pharmacy trips. Microjobs are posted by care staff, accepted by microjobbers, and tracked through the app from start to completion.

Partner Portal

A web portal for community and corporate partners. Each partner has their own dedicated site showing their impact dashboard, an employee sign-up page, and a payment link for donations or event sponsorships.
